The JACE® 8000 is a compact, embedded IoT (Internet of Things) controller and server platform for connecting multiple and diverse devices and sub-systems. With internet connectivity and web-serving capability, the JACE 8000 controller provides integrated control, supervision, data logging, alarming, scheduling and network management. It streams data and rich graphical displays to a standard web browser via an Ethernet or wireless LAN, or remotely over the internet.

Wireless capability

Standard Wi-Fi offers enhanced wireless capability when interfacing with the next generation of wireless sensors and devices. The JACE 8000 controller also is configurable as an access point so that mobile phones and tablets can display information and advanced graphics. Expansion also is available when interfacing with other wireless fieldbuses seen in connected buildings.

Niagara Edge 10 is a 10-point IP-based field equipment controller that runs the Niagara Framework® at the edge. By leveraging the Niagara Framework, Niagara Edge 10 offers a single-tool infrastructure, the ability to create smarter, more efficient systems, and world-class security.

VYKON DDC – 28 P

The IO-28U come with 28 inputs/outputs (I/O) to accommodate general and specific applications featuring BACnet IP and Modbus TCP communication protocols. The 28 IOs include 8 universal input (UI) supporting current, voltage and resistance based sensor, 8 digital input (DI) supporting dry contact (able to support NTC 10K/20K thermistor sensor as well), 8 electrical isolated digital output (DO) and 4 analog output supporting current and voltage output.

The IO-28U comes with one 10/100M Ethernet and one standard RS485 driver to support either BACnet IP or Modbus TCP communication (selection via hardware dip-switch).

VYKON IO-22U

The Vykon IO-22U includes 22 inputs/outputs (I/O) to accommodate general and specific applications featuring BACnet MSTP and Modbus RTU communication protocols. The 22 IOs include 8 universal input (UI) supporting current, voltage and resistance based sensor, 4 digital input (DI) supporting dry contact (able to support NTC 10K/20K thermistor sensor as well), 8 electrical isolated digital output (DO) and 2 analog output supporting current and voltage output.

The IO-22U comes with one standard RS485 driver to support either BACnet MSTP or Modbus RTU communication (selection via hardware dip-switch).

VYKON IO-22D

The Vykon IO-22D includes 22 inputs/outputs (I/O) to accommodate general applications featuring BACnet MSTP and Modbus RTU communication protocols. The 22 IOs include 12 digital inputs (DI) supporting dry contact (able to support NTC 10K/20K thermistor sensor as well), 10 electrical isolated digital output (DO).

The IO-22D comes with one standard RS485 driver to support either BACnet MSTP or Modbus RTU communication (selection via hardware dip-switch).

VYKON IO-16-485  Input/Output Module

The IO-16-485 Remote Input/Output Module allows JACE controllers to extend monitoring and control applications to include inputs/outputs that are remotely located up to 4,000 feet from the JACE. The module supports a mix of analog and digital inputs and outputs — (8) universal inputs, (4) relay outputs, and (4) analog outputs. Connection to IO-16-485 modules is established via an industry standard RS-485 multi-drop communications bus, enabling one wiring trunk to greatly reduce the “homerun” wiring requirements of many input and output devices.

Depending upon application and JACE model selected, up to (16) IO-16-485 devices can be utilized on a single JACE supporting a total of up to 256 I/O points.

DDC- 8446 DDC HVAC Controller

The latest DDC-8446 series adopted the method of applying point counts flexibly, with at least 22 base point counts (8UI, 4DI, 4AO, 6DO). It is provided with BACnet MSTP and Modbus RTU, both are the two largest open-source communication protocols in control systems to monitor various devices.

The most outstanding feature is that users are allowed to add-on different point counts IO extension modules, IO- 0800 module (8DI) or IO-6020 module (6UI, 2AO), to come up with a well-designed and highly competitive proposal based on the demands of the project. Besides that, DDC8446 is upgradable to equip more advanced Ethernet function, by adding-on GW-112 extension module. It supports web page function configuration, which allows DDC- 8446 to support BACnet IP/Modbus TCP protocols.

GW-112 IP Module

GW-112 network module is applied with DDC-8446 controller to perform IP network communication. GW-112 module can be plugged into the left-sided slot of DDC-8446 to become a IP controller. GW-112 is provided with a powerful core processor, every function is handled by GW-112 after it is plugged into DDC8446. With 2 RS485 communication ports, 1 10M/100M adaptive Ethernet port, it supports standard Modbus or Bacnet IP protocol. COM1 supports DDC-8446 external Modbus RTU/Bacnet Mstp communication, and Modbus Master with at most 4 devices from 8446 series. Whereas COM2 supports Modbus Bridge, Bacnet Router functions, which can effectively connect the devices connected to bus, to IP network through protocol.

IO-0800-485 Remote IO Module

IO-0800 is provided with 8 switching optocoupler input function, supports standard BACnet MSTP and Modbus RTU two of the largest open source communication protocols, collects switching signal into the system.
